Which borough it's in
What the transport links are like
Multiple transport links include: overground trains right next to the underground station, bus station just across from the train station and a taxi rank nearby also. I attend LCC in Elephant & Castle and it takes me about 40 minutes to get home on the tube.
Why I like living there
There's a retail park across from the train station which is also near to my accommodation meaning that I don't need to travel far for supplies or to get to uni, it's all very convenient.
What there is to do
There are multiple fast food places in the retail park which is handy when I don't feel like cooking.
What it's like at night
It's relatively quiet and safe at night - the space is quite open so there is always someone/multiple people around when walking at night.
The accommodation is a good price for students to afford, however there isn't much to do so for nights out, I prefer to go to central London. I do my weekly shops at Lidl in the retail park which means I spend as little money as possible.
The general vibe
It's a busy area, however comfortable and not overwhelming.
Nothing in particular, just that you've got everything you need in one place.
