Why I like living there
It's an amazing place that gives you the best of both worlds: tranquility and adventure. Has huge parks and posh buildings, you're instantly connected to its legacy by the majestic Cutty Sark, an impressively beautiful ship and even the sun shines brighter on this side of Thames Path.
What there is to do
You can go out to dine, there are exquisite places to eat, you can go for drinks, picnics in the park, be romantic at the Royal Observatory of Greenwich, take great pictures of the area and always find something new that you will love. You can also walk through Greenwich University's campus where there are a lot of young people and many tourists enjoying the serenity of the campus; extra points for the architecture, it is fantastic, so don't forget to tick this one off your "to see" list.
What it's like at night
Cutty Sark is a huge attraction and there are a lot of tourists every day, at night when the lights go on and even more people start showing up to go have some drinks and meet friends. It's incredibly lively and in case you haven't gone out in Greenwich yet, you should.
It's London, so be prepared for London prices.
The general vibe
Holiday, it feels like it's holiday and you should celebrate.
There's a Jamie's Italian really nice, Cutty Sark the pub which is amazing and right on Thames Path and Trafalgar Pub, another cozy place to have a pint or just hang out. It has a theatre that looks really nice and the Royal Observatory pays off the entire trip to Greenwich. Especially at night, right before the park closes, you can go up there to sea the majestic view of London's Canary Wharf, Gerkin and The City .
